All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any loose-leaf tea. However, we will happily provide exchanges ONLY if there is an error by our fulfillment team.
Shipping Policy
Our teas are carefully hand packed to ensure each blend is hella fresh upon delivery. To honor our process, expect your order to ship within 4-7 business days, weekends excluded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the delivery company for assistance in tracking lost packages.
